Had this for a little over a week. Charges over night with included cord(only if you have a fast charge capable USB port or wall wart already with a regular 1amp it takes forever.). Charges my 4000mAh phone 4times(plus a partial charge) and using the type C port does it in around an hour. Will update in a month or two after I have used it longer.
This pack has it all. Space for my laptop. compartments for everything. Charging for both on the go and in the wall. The comfort is better than the last bag that i had and many others that I have tried. The cable management is perfect and well thought out while not being in the way. I have two complaints and they are very minor. First is that there isn't a grate dedicated place for a portable monitor. It can go in the front large zippered area but there isn't really any protection there. The second is that I waited so long to get it once I knew it existed. Overall I am greatly satisfied with the pack.
only a week of use and it died
Mine was defective and broke within a month. The battery life is poor. Support messed up my shipping. Do yourself a favor and get a Mophie.
Great battery, works as advertised awesome capacity, charges multiple devices at the same time (my switch and iPhone, for example) just fine and this is probably obvious bit it’s a perfect fit for my MOS Grande (duh). Only complaint is that the included type-a to type-c cable feels/looks kinda cheap and for some reason it won’t connect to other type-c port (the battery pack to my switch, for example) it won’t go in the entire way it feels like there’s something in there and I don’t want to force it. It’s not just mine, a friend of mine also bought it on my recommendation and it happens with his cable too. Extremely odd, yes, maybe unfair, true but since MOS makes awesome cables I feel it’s worth mentioning. Overall tough awesome product, would buy again (and knowing me, I probably will)
