We wanted to get an idea of how protective the new case inside the Blackpack is. Do not try this at home.

MOS Blackpack - The Best Backpack We Make!
I bought this backpack right before I took a trip to Germany and couldn’t have been more excited. It fit all of my electronics with ease, as well as my passport. I fit my MacBook, iPad, Headphones, Switch, and portable charger in here and still had space. Would highly recommend this to anyone even considering it.
I love this backpack but the new batch that came out in September 2019 has an external pocket for a water bottle and it is too small. I could not fit my camelback water bottle that i carry everyday but i could fit it in some other pocket. The rain fly is awesome because of how convenient it is. In the computer section, the elastic squares that you put stuff in would be better if they were lined with fabric instead of just the elastic. I have a small power bank that kept slipping out the bottom. Overall this is a great backpack but the water bottle pocket just needs to be larger.
I'll try to keep it short: love the design. Comfortable on your back, minimalist/tonal looks, orange lining is great (instant reminder if you left it unzipped), pockets and layout are very well thought out.
But out of the two main zips, that have two zippers each, so four total, two broke within a couple of months.
And before they stopped working completely, it'd zip up, but with the teeth not engaging properly, so the bag would tend to split open along the zip and spill the contents. At this point, I can still use the bag more or less ok, but can no longer zip up either of the main compartments such that the two zippers meet in the middle; it's one working zipper each, so usable in one direction only. I still use it as my daily commute bag despite all that, because of all the plus points, but feel the reliability just wasn't there; it's a decent bag, have not found a better one to replace it yet, but I feel I paid far too much for it given how not-very-long it worked as designed.
