only a week of use and it died
Mine was defective and broke within a month. The battery life is poor. Support messed up my shipping. Do yourself a favor and get a Mophie.
Great battery, works as advertised awesome capacity, charges multiple devices at the same time (my switch and iPhone, for example) just fine and this is probably obvious bit it’s a perfect fit for my MOS Grande (duh). Only complaint is that the included type-a to type-c cable feels/looks kinda cheap and for some reason it won’t connect to other type-c port (the battery pack to my switch, for example) it won’t go in the entire way it feels like there’s something in there and I don’t want to force it. It’s not just mine, a friend of mine also bought it on my recommendation and it happens with his cable too. Extremely odd, yes, maybe unfair, true but since MOS makes awesome cables I feel it’s worth mentioning. Overall tough awesome product, would buy again (and knowing me, I probably will)
It was sturdy not too bulky. Also the powerbank was just as described on website.
My experience with the new MOS GO has been a positive one thus far. The unboxing was great, the battery came almost fully charged, and I was able to use it right away with no confusion; It definitely lives up to its advertised capabilities. I look forward to having the MOS GO with me on business and leisure travel, so I don't have to worry about devices dying.
